55+ Strength Plan
Stay strong. Stay steady. · 12 weeks · 3 days a week
This is not chair aerobics, and it will not talk to you like you're fragile. It's a real strength program built for a body that's been around a while — and every single exercise has a standing version and a seated version, so you choose what's right that day.
Balance work is in every session, because strength keeps you capable and balance keeps you on your feet. The goal isn't a number in a gym. It's standing up from a low chair without thinking, carrying the groceries in one trip, and getting down to the floor with a grandkid — and back up.
